The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) is pleased to announce it will honor award-winning actor Samuel L. Jackson with the Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment at this year's British Academy Britannia Awards.

Following sell-out performances in 2013, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's acclaimed production of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, adapted for the stage by Simon Reade, returns this year to close the 2016 Summer Season ahead of a major UK Tour in September. Opening at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley, the tour will then visit Norwich, Cambridge, Salford, Leicester, Woking, Truro, Birmingham and Richmond, with further dates in 2017. There will be a press night at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley on Thursday 22 September at 7.30pm.
Damien Molony Joins Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart in NO MAN'S LAND - Full Cast Announced!

It is announced today that Damien Molony, best known for his roles in BBC's Being Human and Ripper Street, will play the role of 'Foster' in Harold Pinter's No Man's Land, completing casting for the play. Molony joins the previously announced Ian McKellen as 'Spooner', Patrick Stewart as 'Hirst' and Owen Teale as 'Briggs' in Sean Mathias' production, which will tour venues across the UK from 3 August prior to a limited engagement at London's Wyndham's Theatre from 8 September.

Tony Award-winning actor Owen Teale will play Briggs in Sean Mathias's production of Harold Pinter's NO MAN'S LAND, which tours the UK in August, finishing with a limited run at Wyndham's Theatre in the West End from September. Teale joins theatrical legends Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart, with further casting still to be announced.

Off-Broadway's acclaimed Classic Stage Company today announced plans for its 2016-17 season, led by incoming Artistic Director John Doyle and Managing Director Jeff Griffin. Doyle, a Tony Award winner for Sweeney Todd and the director of Broadway's highly-praised new production of The Color Purple, assumes the artistic leadership of CSC beginning in July, succeeding Brian Kulick, who has led the company since 2003. For CSC, Doyle has directed Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Passion and Rodgers & Hammerstein's Allegro, and later this season will direct Henrik Ibsen's Peer Gynt.
