GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS will release the original cast recording of the critically-acclaimed new musical Hundred Days in digital and streaming formats on Friday, September 21. A physical CD release will follow later this year. Hundred Days features a book by The Bengsons and Sarah Gancher, music and lyrics by The Bengsons. The show was directed by Anne Kauffman with movement direction by Sonya Tayeh.

The Soho Playhouse presents the North American debut of two Irish female playwrights and their influential plays: Eevan Brennan's and Siobhan Donnellan's Get the Boat and Colette Forde's Innit. Both were featured at the Limerick Fringe Festival in 2017, and both are now spreading awareness of a troubled world to a New York audience. Theirs are unique, subjective visions of the reality that is faced by the Irish people; simply writing about these issues could never have prepared an audience for how poignant are the stories they would hear told

Colette is an upcoming biographical drama film based on the life of the French novelist Colette. Colette overcomes an abusive marriage to emerge as a leading writer in her country and a candidate for the Nobel Prize in Literature. The film is directed by Wash Westmoreland and written by Westmoreland and Richard Glatzer. The film stars Keira Knightley and Dominic West. It premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Bleecker Street will release the film on September 21, 2018.

Two Irish Female Playwrights Get US Debut At SoHo Playhouse

This summer, SoHo Playhouse (Darren Lee Cole, Artistic Director) will present the North American debut of two Irish female playwrights Eavan Brennan's Get the Boat and Colette Forde's Innit, these plays were featured productions at the Limerick Fringe Festival this past year and will be presented in rep at the SoHo Playhouse (15 Vandam Street). Both shows begins on July 6 and run through August 5, 2018, Opening night will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 11. In Colette Freedman's BLIND SPOTS, politics become personal when the homophobic, reactionary president of a small New England college tries to quiet her sister's poison pen by blackmailing her, leading to a showdown in which dark family secrets are exposed. The play is produced and directed by Constance Dalton-Pawle and will be presented at the Stephanie Feury Studio Theatre, as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival, June 1st -22nd, 2018.
