A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM Opens this Friday in Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz Shakespeare opens its 2016 summer repertory season on Friday,July 15, 2016, at 8:00 pm with Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream in its new home, The Grove at DeLaveaga Park in Santa Cruz. Performances run through August 28, 2016.

Gulfshore Playhouse Raises Nearly $300,000 at Annual Gala Fundraiser

Gulfshore Playhouse hosted their 5th Annual Bubbles, Baubles, and Broadway Gala Fundraiser on Monday, March 9th at the Naples Beach Hotel. At the event, Gulfshore Playhouse raised nearly $300,000 to help fund the nonprofit organization's general operating budget.

Free Screening of Folger Theatre's MACBETH at Carter Barron Ampitheater on 8/23

A free screening of Folger Theatre's 2008 magical production of Macbeth will take place on Saturday, August 23 at 8:15pm at the Carter Barron Amphitheatre in Rock Creek Park. Center Stage's Digital Theater Project MY AMERICA Hits IFC Center Today

Center Stage previously announced that its acclaimed digital theater project My America has become a feature length film, which had its premiere on July 4, 2014, exclusively through streaming service Fandor. A special screening is set for tonight, July 9, at the IFC center in New York City.
