Award-winning theatre company Jordan & Skinner will tour Scotland with DO NOT PASS GO, a new physical theatre and comedy show about Lizzie Magie, the uncredited inventor of Monopoly. The production features integrated BSL.

RUPTURE, Company of Wolves, and Katharine Williams will present THESE ARE OUR NEIGHBOURS, a dance theatre show inspired by Glasgow's 2021 Kenmure Street protest, at the Citizens Theatre Studio.

This year's winner will join previous recipients Janey Godley (2023), Susie McCabe (2024) and Rosco McClelland (2025). 

Set in a shifting, timeless landscape, Waiting for Godot follows two men, Vladimir and Estragon, as they wait for someone who may never come. As they pass the time with scraps of conversation, moments of tenderness and flashes of dark humour, their story becomes a moving reflection on what it means to keep going in a world that rarely offers answers.

Based on the extraordinary true story of a sixteen-year-old girl who led France to victory in the Hundred Years War,  Saint Joan explores power, gender and youth-led change, taking us on the journey of someone from a marginalised background impacting international politics.

Directed by Dominic Hill, Artistic Director of the Citizens Theatre, 1984 is a co-production between Citizens Theatre, Dundee Rep Theatre and The Royal Lyceum Edinburgh which previews in Glasgow in August.

The Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough will welcome a new Casting Director, Annelie Powell. Annelie will be casting most of the SJT's own productions, starting with Murder for Two.

National Theatre of Scotland will tour a new production of The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie across Scotland in 2026. Directed by Vicky Featherstone, the adaptation by David Harrower stars Gayle Rankin in the title role.
