Southampton Arts Center has announced the return of SummerFest on Thursday, September 1 at 6 PM.

The country's leading non-profit dedicated to advanced depression research, Hope for Depression Research Foundation (HDRF), has announced the honorees for the 15th Annual HOPE luncheon seminar taking place at The Plaza Hotel on November 10th at 11:30 am, including Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, owner of the Indianapolis Colts Jim Irsay and James R. Borynack, CEO of Findlay Galleries.

One of the most recognized and respected broadcast journalists in the Tri-State region, veteran NBC 4 New York/WNBC news anchor David Ushery has been elevated into a new station role, co-anchoring the 4 PM and 11 PM editions of “News 4 New York”.

The Board of Governors of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences New York Chapter announced this week the induction of eleven individuals into its Gold and Silver Circles, including two women theater journalists: Susan Haskins-Doloff, executive producer, co-creator, and co-host of the long-running television series 'Theater Talk' and Roma Torre, theater critic and news anchor of Spectrum News NY1. Both have been awarded entry into the organization's Silver Circle in recognition of 25 years of distinguished contribution to New York television.
