Robert Creighton to Perform at The Metropolitan Room, 2/13

Broadway actor/song and dance man/award winning playwright, Robert Creighton, and special guests: Erin Mackey (Wicked and upcoming in Anything Goes), Laura Osnes (Bonnie and Clyde), Arbender Robinson (Hair), Heidi Blickenstaff (The Addams Family, The Little Mermaid), Tituss Burgess (The Little Mermaid, Guys and Dolls) will be performing at The Metropolitan Room.

Robert Creighton to Perform at Metropolitan Room, 2/12

Broadway's ROBERT CREIGHTO, celebrates the February 14 release of his debut CD, "Ain't We got Fun!" (LML Music), with two performances at New York City's Metropolitan Room, February 12 and 13 at 9:30pm. Creighton has appeared in a non-stop string of six Broadway shows, including, currently, as the Purser in Anything Goes. Fellow cast member JOEL GREY appears on "Ain't We Got Fun!" singing "Give My Regards To Broadway". On both nights, a five piece band and special guests will appear with Creighton to celebrate the occasion. The Metropolitan Room is located at: 34 West 22nd Street, NYC. There is a $20 cover charge and a two drink minimum. Reservations are highly recommended. Call: 212.206.0440.

York Theatre Company to Present IONESCOPADE, Beginning 1/23

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan- Producing Artistic Director) will present a new production of the rarely performed Ionescopade, a 'musical vaudeville,' the first in an exciting roster of works for the York's 2012 Season. Ionescopade, taken from the works of Eugene Ionesco, features music and lyrics by Mildred Kayden and was originally conceived by Robert Allan Ackerman. Ionescopade will begin performances January 23, 2012, with an official opening night set for February 2 at The York Theatre at Saint Peter's on 54th St, just east of Lexington Avenue.

Peter Land to Bring NOW OR NEVER to York Theatre Company

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan- Producing Artistic Director) announced today that West End and Broadway actor Peter Land, recently seen in their Mufti production of Oh, Coward! returns for three Sunday nights in February with his new solo show, Now or Never, an explosion of music and words. Directed by Gillian Lynne, Now or Never will play at The York Theatre at Saint Peter's on 54th St, just east of Lexington Avenue, on February 12, 19, and 26 at 7:30 p.m.

Nancy Anderson, Paul Binotto & More Set for York Theatre Company's IONIONESCOPADE; Full Cast Announced

The award-winning York Theatre Company (James Morgan. - Producing Artistic Director) today announced complete casting for their upcoming mainstage production of Ionescopade, "A Musical Vaudeville," which begins rehearsals today, including Nancy Anderson (Kiss Me Kate, PBS), who makes her return to the York's stage. The full cast also includes Paul Binotto (Enter Laughing, The Musical), Samuel Cohen (Oh, Calcutta!), David Edwards (The Fantasticks), Leo Ash Evens (West Side Story, London), Susan J. Jacks (Forbidden Broadway), and Tina Stafford (I Married Wyatt Earp).Ionescopade will begin performances January 23, 2012, with an official opening night set for February 2 at The York Theatre at Saint Peter's on 54th St, just east of Lexington Avenue.

York Theater Co To Give Away Tix To Ionescopade 12/19

York Theatre Company announced today that on Monday, December 19, 2011, they will be offering one free ticket to the first performance of Ionescopade, a "musical vaudeville" (7:00 p.m. on January 23) to the first 100 people who donate a toy to Toys for Tots at the theatre that day.
