The 10th Annual New York Innovative Theatre Awards Ceremony will celebrate the Off-Off-Broadway Theatre community and honor this past season's greatest achievements. The awards will be presented by celebrities from the theatre community at large.

The New York Neo-Futurists, critically acclaimed creators of the award-winning theatrical experience Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind, have announced that the company's 2014 Gala will honor actor and playwright Eric Bogosian. The event-which will include live performances by the Neo- Futurists, exciting live and silent auctions, as well as cocktails, snacks and a dessert bar- will take place at the Bowery Hotel from 7 p.m to 10 p.m., Monday, November 17, 2014. On Monday, July 21, 2014, The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization who for the past 10 years has been dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, announced the 2014 nominees at its annual event. They mix your incidental music with your offstage voices and invisibly support the director's vision. If they're doing their job correctly, you won't even notice their contribution.

humRumbleROAR Productions has announced the world premiere production of Chisa Hutchinson's ALONDRA WAS HERE, directed by Jade King Carroll. ALONDRA WAS HERE will play a limited engagement at The Wild Project (195 East 3rd Street, NYC). Performances begin tonight, May 4 and continue through Saturday, May 18.
