Por 15° año consecutivo, la pantalla de Film&Arts transmitira en vivo y en directo el mayor evento del teatro de Broadway: la 69ª Entrega Anual de los Premios Tony. La ceremonia conducida por la actriz y cantante Kristin Chenoweth y el actor Alan Cumming se podra seguir en directo desde el Radio City Music Hall de Nueva York para toda Latinoamerica, el domingo 7 de junio desde las 21 (hora Chile/Arg). El sabado 13 a las 21 el canal emitira la repeticion en idioma original con subtitulos en Español, para revivir el imponente show de la maxima premiacion al teatro en Broadway.

Christopher Gattelli's superb choreography - spirited and athletic, amazingly theatrical and awe-inspiring - may be reason enough to see Disney's Newsies, the show now ensconced at TPAC's Andrew Jackson Hall through Sunday, where it's entertaining audiences and eliciting some of the loudest responses we've ever heard in that cavernous space.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Decca Broadway/Universal Music Classics will release the 2015 Broadway Cast Recording of the Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's THE KING AND I, starring Kelli O'Hara as Anna Leonowens and Ken Watanabe as the King of Siam, available digitally June 2 and physically on June 9. The complete tracklist has been revealed, and fans of the musical might noticed that some songs (including the Act 1 Finale and Hello, Young Lovers Reprise) did not make the cut. The tracklist is as follows:

Producer Janet B. Rosen previously announced that she will present two private industry readings of the critically acclaimed new musical In Transit today, May 7 and tomorrow, May 8, 2015. Directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli (Newsies), In Transit features a book, music and lyrics by Academy Award winner Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Frozen), James-Allen Ford, Russell Kaplan and Sara Wordsworth.
