Ellen Hackl Fagan, of ODETTA gallery, Bushwick, and Elizabeth Garvey, of Garvey|Simon gallery are pleased to present Flower Power, featuring work by six contemporary artists exploring flora in a wide range of media. The two gallerists share a common aesthetic and are co-curating this exhibition. Artists include: Christopher Adams, Jackie Battenfield, Daisy Craddock, Sally Gil, Mel Prest, and Sung Won Yun.
The VAULT Festival 2018 opens next week, running from 24 January through to 18 March. During the three months, three hundred shows will be staged, including new thriller and queer noir play Tumulus. Lunar River in association with Mack Sennett Studios has announced the world premiere of Salome, a radically queer reinvention of the ancient tale, written by Christopher Adams-Cohen and directed by Patrick Kennelly. Salome will run for four weeks only with two preview performances on January 31 and February 4 at 8pm. Opening is set for Friday, February 5 at 8pm. Salome will run through February 28 at The Basement at Mack Sennett Studios.

In 2007, these performances were named by Hudson Valley Magazine as the 'Best Way to Introduce Kids to the Classics' in the annual 'Best of the Hudson Valley.' All the programs will begin at 6:00pm each evening. (In case of rain, the performances will be held in the Mug in the basement of the College Center.)
