The production is directed by Joe Discher, who directed the critically acclaimed Shakespeare Theatre production of Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men in 2004.

The conference, founded in 1964 and led by Lloyd Richards from 1968-1999, is now helmed by Artistic Director Wendy C. Goldberg.
