For the 88th Kritzerland show we turn to one of the greatest composers of the 20th century - the one and only George Gershwin.  There is simply nothing like a Gershwin tune and we've got plenty of them - from the classics to the lesser-known Gershwin, with lyrics by brother Ira.  The songs are romantic, funny, moving, perky, and let us tell you you can strike up the band for our fantastic cast.  So, join us for this joyous, s'wonderful evening that you won't want to miss.  We may even have a surprise or two up our Kritzerland sleeves. On the eve of the premiere of GENIUS: PICASSO on Tuesday April 24, National Geographic announced today that the third season of its acclaimed scripted anthology series will bring to life the myth maker and towering literary figure Mary Shelley. From Fox 21 Television Studios, the new season will again be executive produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment, MWM Studios and EUE/Sokolow, and will premiere globally on National Geographic in 172 countries and 43 languages in 2019. The first season of GENIUS was watched by more than 45 million people around the world, and was National Geographic's best performing new series launch ever.

Crackle, Sony Pictures Television Networks' free, ad-supported streaming network, today announced that SUPERMANSION will be returning with six all-new 22-minute episodes of the Emmy-nominated stop-motion animated series beginning Today, April 12th.

Crackle Releases Trailer for Season Three of Emmy-Nominated Original Series SUPERMANSION

As reported in Deadline, visionary director Ava DuVernay is set to direct the upcoming screen adaptation of THE NEW GODS,  from DC and Warner Brothers. The comic book based story, from creator Jack Kirby, will get the film treatment with a script from Kario Salem. DuVernay is only the second women to direct a superhero franchise film, joining the company of WONDER WOMAN director Patty Jenkins. Read more about the news from Deadline here!
