Producers Fran Kirmser and Tony Ponturo announce that the Bronx Bombers box office will open tomorrow, Friday, December 13 at 10:00AM at Circle in the Square Theatre (West 50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue). The first fifty patrons at the Bronx Bombers box office on opening day will receive a New York Yankees New Era adjustable hat with their purchase.

With the purchase of four regularly priced tickets (in a single transaction) to any performance of Bronx Bombers between January 10 and January 30, ticket buyers will receive a voucher for a Yankees themed Dooney & Bourke wristlet, which can be redeemed at the merchandise stand in the lobby of Circle in the Square Theatre (West 50th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue) during performance times. The new MLB line of Dooney & Bourke products are available only through Macy's and Bronx Bombers.

Primary Stages has announced that Richard Topol (Broadway's The Normal Heart, The Merchant of Venice) will assume the role of Yogi Berra in their World Premiere production of Bronx Bombers, written and directed by Tony Award nominee Eric Simonson (Broadway's Lombardi). Due to artistic differences, Joe Pantoliano, initially announced to play the role of Yogi Berra, will not continue with the production.
