American Players Theatre (APT) will launch its 36th Season tonight, June 6, 2015 with a preview performance of William Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor. The performance begins at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are still available.

True to its mission of nurturing local theatre artists, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT) presents the Montgomery Davis Play Development Series staged reading of SILENT, by Madison-based playwright Gwendolyn Rice. J.C. Clementz directs a cast of six Milwaukee favorites including Kamille Dawkins, Richard Halverson, Chike Johnson, Robert Spencer, Jonathan Wainwright and C. Michael Wright.

Producers Daryl Roth and Eva Price announced today that A Time to Kill, the new Broadway play adapted from John Grisham's best-selling novel, will close on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street). Producers of the new Broadway play A Time to Kill, based on John Grisham's best-selling novel of the same name, announced today that high-profile defense attorney Benjamin Brafman will lead a post-show conversation with members of the cast following the Tuesday, November 5th performance. The group will discuss the current state of the justice system as it relates to the narrative of A Time to Kill. The audience of that evening's performance will be invited to stay and participate in the dialogue, which is sure to generate a variety of reactions.
