The UK's leading musical theatre company for young people, British Youth Music Theatre, has opened applications for their Summer Camps 2022. An open-access, fun-filled summer activity holiday providing intensive, creative training in musical theatre for anyone aged 11-17, students stay away from home with full bed and board and make a brand new piece of musical theatre to present to friends and family on the final  day.

The Pleasance Theatre Trust presents the 2022 Edinburgh National Partnerships, a feast of new work from vibrant theatre makers and performers from across the UK at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe. From August 3 to the 29th the works will explore a range of topics, trends and realities with performances through a variety of techniques from classic to cutting edge.

Keen Company Artistic Director Jonathan Silverstein today announced that The Keen Teens Festival of New Work will offer three new one-acts by C. Quintana, Bleu Beckford-Burell, and Stephanie Swirsky, featuring a cast of New York City high school students.

The new tour will kick off on October 15 in Greenville, SC, making stops in 43 U.S. cities including New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena before concluding in Seattle, WA on March 17.  Underwood will be joined on THE DENIM & RHINESTONES TOUR by special guest Jimmie Allen on all dates. The Orange Tree Theatre today announces the full cast for Pierre Marivaux's The False Servant, translated by Martin Crimp, whose prolific international career began at the Orange Tree Theatre, including the recent hit revival of Dealing with Clair. Freddie Hayes brings her debut one-potato-show Potatohead to the SJT on Tuesday 14 June. Directed by Sh!t Theatre, it's a starch-raving-mad adaptation of Doctor Faustus and the Seven Deadly Sins... with puppets. Their first release on La Honda Records (Colter Wall, Riddy Arman, Vincent Neil Emerson), The Local Honeys features ten winsome vignettes of rural Kentucky, conjuring 90’s alternatives sounds with hillbilly Radiohead lilts, soaring above layers of deep grooves and rich tones masterfully curated by longtime mentor Jesse Wells, a GRAMMY-nominated producer, musician (currently a member of Tyler Childers’ band The Food Stamps), and Assistant Director at the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music at Morehead State.
