Simon Jones to Join Angela Lansbury in BLITHE SPIRIT North American Tour

The producers of the North American tour of Noel Coward's smash-hit comedic play, BLITHE SPIRIT announced today that Simon Jones ("Hitchhiker's Guide, The Real Thing) will return to the role of Dr Bradman, which he performed during the sold-out engagements on Broadway and London's West End.

The tour makes its Washington premiere Tuesday, March 17 through Sunday, March 29 at the National Theatre, where Ms. Lansbury made her first pre-Broadway stage debut nearly 58 years ago to the day in Hotel Paradiso. Tickets will go on sale Friday, October 31.

Roundabout Theatre Company opened officially last night April 24, 2014 at the newly transformed Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street). Michael Cumpsty: Over 15 Years with Roundabout

Michael Cumpsty's first appearance on a Roundabout stage was in 1987 as a "moonstruck poet" in the Off-Broadway production of George Bernard Shaw's Man and Superman. Since then, he has appeared in 17 Broadway shows including five Roundabout productions and has been nominated for a Tony Award and two Outer Critics Circle awards. Cumpsty's most recent appearance on Broadway is in Machinal, now playing at the American Airlines Theatre through March 2.
