Irish Repertory Theatre, the New York home for Irish and Irish-American theatre, will celebrate their 30th Anniversary this fall with a special public block party. The event, which is free and open to all ages, will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018, 30 years to the day from the first-ever Irish Rep performance. Featured performers at the block party will include Tony Award winner Bill Irwin (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) and Leeyna Rideout (War Horse), each of whom have conceived and will star in their own respective solo shows at Irish Rep this fall.

Speaking today at the Edinburgh TV Festival Charlotte Moore, Director of BBC Content announced that this year's Bafta award-winning drama series Peaky Blinders will move to the nation's favourite channel for its fifth series next year.

Barnes, best known for his role as Prince Caspian in the Chronicles of Narnia franchise, and currently in Westworld and the Marvel series The Punisher, returns to the BBC for the first time in more than a decade to star in Mainstreet Pictures's six-part series about a woman falling in love with a much younger man and the effect it has on her already damaged family.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today that Ben Davis (Violet, A Little Night Music) will join the cast of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER in the role of "Dr. Mark Bruckner" beginning Thursday, August 9.

New York's only immersive Bloomsday Breakfast -- hosted by Origin Theatre Company and Bloom's Tavern, 208 East 58th Street -- will be bursting with talent this year in an expanded edition, at a new time.  Landing on a Saturday, the June 16 free event will begin at 11:30am instead of the usual time and feature an expanded line-up of talent and a juried costume competition that will be bigger and more festive than ever.
