The Lakewood Playhouse will present SECOND SHOW of our 75th ANNIVERSARY SEASON: 'PRIDE & PREJUDICE' by Jane Austen (Adapted by Joseph Hanreddy & J.R. Sullivan). The Play will be performed on Fridays, Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. The Whole Backstage presents its winter season production of Pride and Prejudice through February 19 under the direction of Will Smith. Evening performances begin at 7:00 pm with Matinee's starting at 2:00 pm. This romantic comedy, by Jon Jory, based on Jane Austen's classic novel, is being directed by Will Smith of Guntersville, and features Jon Brown and Kayla Harper, both of Arab, in the lead roles. Ms. Harper is playing Elizabeth Bennet, the heroine on the story, while Mr. Brown portrays Mr. Darcy, her love interest.
