Tickets go on sale Monday July 17 for the irrepressible, big-hearted, moustachioed critter, DR SEUSS'S THE LORAX.

There are only a few days until the 12th edition of Latitude Festival, and this year's line-up promises to set the bar high. Festival-goers can experience over 750 acts across 15 stages; from cabaret to comedy, there's something for everyone.

London theatre is celebrating following the triumphant West End LIVE 2017, which saw hundreds of thousands flock to Trafalgar Square, a testament to the enduring appeal and resilience of theatre. Now in its 13th year, the event has grown to become one of Europe's largest free performing arts festivals. The event is organised by Westminster City Council and the Society of London Theatre with support from the Mayor of London.

Despite announcing its closing on June 25, the well reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick Baghdaddy by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo will continue to perform at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street) through September 3, 2017.

Through its work on stage and participatory projects, The Old Vic welcomes 300,000 people through it's doors each year, within this number 10,000 young people take part in education and new talent projects.

Following the success of Dr Seuss's The Lorax during the festive season of 2015-16, and prior to its return this autumn, the creative team have reunited to create an original piece of theatre from the first solo outing by singer-songwriter Charlie Fink (formerly frontman for Noah and the Whale). It plays alongside Woyzeck at the Old Vic prior to a UK and international tour.

In an interconnected, digital world, what does it take to disappear? Cover My Tracks, a new production with live music, starring Charlie Fink and Jade Anouka will be performed at The Old Vic from Monday 5 to Saturday 17 June at 10pm, as part of Lates at The Old Vic. The well reviewed, NY Times Critic's Pick by Marshall Pailet and A.D. Penedo, the musical Baghdaddy began performances on  April 6 at St. Luke's Theatre (308 West 46th Street). This Monday, May 22 they will launch a talk-back series, following the show, with more to be announced.

The Old Globe today announced its 2017-2018 Season, which will kick off with the world premiere musical Benny & Joon, with book by Kirsten Guenther, music by Nolan Gasser, and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein.

Just announced, The Old Globe and Children's Theatre Company, in partnership with The Old Vic, will present Dr. Seuss's The Lorax, based on the book The Lorax by Dr. Seuss, adapted for the stage by David Greig, with music and lyrics by Charlie Fink, directed by Max Webster.

Children's Theatre Company has announced its 2017-2018 season, which includes four musicals, two world premieres, one preschool production and partnerships with other leading theatres such as The Old Vic (London, UK), The Civilians (New York, NY) and Penumbra Theatre (Saint Paul, MN). The season also celebrates Artistic Director Peter C. Brosius' 20th Anniversary with CTC.
