The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center at The Graduate Center, CUNY is pleased to announce the full lineup of its twelfth annual PRELUDE Festival on October 7, 8, 9. Dedicated to artists at the forefront of contemporary New York City theatre and performance, PRELUDE 2015 features an array of artists working in theatrical and interdisciplinary performance. The festival gives audiences and artists a survey of the current New York moment via in-process presentations, installations, and discussions -- all completely free to the public.
Signature Theatre just announced one additional, final performance for their critically acclaimed production of JOHN, written by Pulitzer Prize winner Annie Baker (The Flick) and directed by Tony Award-winner Sam Gold (Fun Home). The production, which kicked off Signature's 25th Anniversary Season, will now play its final performance on Sunday, September 6th at 7:30pm. All other performances are sold out.

Casting is set for Signature Theatre's world premiere of A.R. Gurney's new play Love & Money, directed by Mark Lamos. The production runs tonight, August 15, to September 27, 2015 with an August 24, 2015 opening night in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). The show is a co-production with Westport Country Playhouse.

The Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival (perry-mansfield.org/events/3/new-works-festival) now in its 18th year, brings performing arts professionals together in the Rocky Mountains to continue Perry-Mansfield's founding principle of nurturing new talent through new work. This year's festival, taking place this weekend, June 12-13 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, will feature new works from some of America's most prestigious theater companies: Atlantic Theater Company, Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theatre Company, Primary Stages, andSouth Coast Repertory. The companies will showcase four different new works in partnership with Perry-Mansfield.
