The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) celebrates its fifth year with 24 full productions, a dance series, a developmental series, concerts and special events. NYMF is an annual three-week event that has premiered over 130 musicals in its first four years - many of which have gone on to award-winning productions in New York, in regional theaters and on tour in 38 states, and nine countries worldwide.

On Wednesday, July 5th, Phil Collins and Josh Strickland of Tarzan, The Broadway Musical, will be featured on 'Access Hollywood'

The original cast recording of Tarzan will be released in retail stores nationwide by Walt Disney Records on Tuesday, June 27th, but the cast recording is available for pre-order now by visiting the iTunes store

On Monday, May 15th TARZAN®, The Broadway Musical, will be featured on ABC's Good Morning America. Good Morning America airs on Channel 7 - WABC in the tri-state area.

Disney Theatrical Productions has announced that a Student Rush Program will replace the previously announced Lottery Ticket Program for their production of TARZAN®. The Student Rush Program will begin with the performance on Thursday, April 6th.

Two and a half hours prior to each performance of TARZAN®, guests are invited to fill out a lottery card at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street) to enter the drawing for a limited number of $20 lottery tickets to that particular performance.

The production will star Josh Strickland as Tarzan, Jenn Gambatese as Jane, Merle Dandridge as Kala, Shuler Hensley as Kerchak, Chester Gregory II as Terk, Timothy Jerome as Professor Porter and Donnie Keshawarz as Clayton. Daniel Manche and Alex Rutherford will alternate in the role of Young Tarzan.
