On Sunday, April 10 to celebrate her new CD Once Upon a Time, Stephanie Burkett Gerson performed a CD release party concert @ Sterling's Upstairs @ Vitello's to an exceedingly enthusiastic packed house. No stranger to musical theatre in LA or anywhere for that matter, as she has sailed across Europe for Disney, tall and lovely Gerson has a beautiful voice and quite a vocal range. The show, with a focus on her life and career thus far, utilized a video screen projecting photos and playbill covers of shows that Gerson has played in and which remain her favorites. There was also a cute video clip of her first performance singing to her dad at age 6.

Producer Michael Sterling of Sterling's Upstairs at Vitello's in Studio City, CA reports that January and February, 2009 are unprecedented as the two most successful months of attendance at the critically acclaimed supper-club since its June, 2006 opening. 'We are thrilled that in this remarkable time of economical decline, we have hosted a record number of guests since the beginning of this new year.

The ever charming Sterling's Upstairs at Vitello's dinner club was a packed house this past Saturday evening as it celebrated two and a half years of memorable performances with a wonderful show by Allen Everman. From the moment he jumped onto the stage, Everman had the audience captivated by his zany personality and incredible talent.

International City Theatre concludes its 2008 season with a revival of The All Night Strut!, an evening of music, song and dance from the big band and swing era that was a hit for ICT ten years ago.
