On Today, February 28, 2019, the Women's Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) Honorary Chairs Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks, Kate Capshaw and Steven Spielberg, along with WCRF co-founders Anne Douglas, Quinn Ezralow, Marion Laurie, Kelly Chapman Meyer, and Jamie Tisch will welcome guests to An Unforgettable Evening.  The event will take place at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, and benefit the Women's Cancer Research Fund, a program of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).

The International Center of Photography (ICP), the world's leading institution dedicated to photography and visual culture, today announced the 2019 honorees of its annual Infinity Awards, the leading honor for excellence in the field. The 35th annual ICP Infinity Awards will be held on the evening of Tuesday, April 2 at Ziegfeld Ballroom (141 West 54th Street, New York City). The event is ICP's largest fundraiser and benefits its education and exhibition programs.

On September 27, New York City Ballet presented the seventh installment of its annual Fall Fashion Gala, celebrating choreography and costume design with an evening of world premiere ballets and creative collaborations between some of today's most exciting artists from the worlds of dance and design. This includes the creation of new Company works, scholarships for students at the renown Ballet Hispanico School of Dance, and numerous community arts and educational programs.

Proceeds, which totaled over $1.1 million last year, benefit the creation of new choreographic works, much needed scholarships for young people, and immersive dance programs for communities around the world.

The ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) honored longtime event chair members and ASPCA volunteers Laura Zambelli Barket and Mindy Fortin as well as actress and animal advocate Cecily Strong this evening at the ASPCA's 21st annual Bergh Ball. Fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi returned as the Masters of Ceremonies, while Sam French kept the crowd dancing throughout the evening at The Plaza Hotel. At Monday's Library Lions Gala, The New York Public Library (NYPL) celebrated the artists and wordsmiths comprising its 2017 class of Library Lions.

Fadi Khoury's FJK DANCE returns to New York Live Arts with two premieres and repertory in two different programs, Thursday, Sept. 14 and Friday, Sept. 15 at 7:30pm. The company's fourth annual season presents a contemporary fusion of culture and dance: ballet to ballroom, Middle Eastern to jazz, an international blend featuring new and exciting collaborations, live music, projection design, and new choreography.
