Tony Award winner Nikki M. James will give her final performance as Eponine in the Cameron Mackintosh production of Boublil & Schonberg's Les Miserables today, January 11. Erin Clemons will take over the role from January 13 through February 8, with Brittney Johnson performing the role February 10 through March 1. Additional principal casting for the production's second year on Broadway will be announced in the coming weeks.

BroadwayWorld.com is sad to report that actor, writer, comedian and painter Taylor Negron died today at age 57 after a battle with cancer.

Last Sunday, December 7th at Joe's Pub, 'A Better Holiday' concert was held to benefit the It Gets Better Project. The event featured stars of Broadway and television singing songs of the season. Scroll down for photos!

The Broadway Dreams Foundation held its fourth annual holiday gala, 'Night of Dreams,' at Celsius, a one-of-a-kind winter restaurant, lounge, and event space within the Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park (5th Ave and 42nd Street) last night, November 24, 2014. On December 7th, Joe's Pub at The Public will play host to some of the brightest talent on Broadway and television. An incredible cast will come together for a festive concert benefitting the It Gets Better Project, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Andy Mientus, who currently plays 'Marius' in LES MISERABLES on Broadway, will soon make an appearance on the small screen as 'Pied Piper' in CW's THE FLASH. BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Mientus will be out of the show October 23 through November 18 to film the series. During that time, the role will be played by understudies Chris McCarrell (October 23-November 2) and Matt Rosell (November 4-18).

BroadwayWorld is excited to bring you 'Songs from My Living Room'- a new series that goes into the home of one of today's most acclaimed contemporary songwriters, as he explains the stories behind his songs. The monthly series will feature special guests from all corners of the entertainment industry to help bring to life the music and lyrics of Scott Alan straight from his living room into yours. The second episode, directed by Robbie Rozelle, features jazz vocalist Jane Monheit singing Alan's 'Always' from his second album, 'Keys'.

Award winning musical theatre composer Drew Gasparini is flying in from NYC for two concerts following his sold out debut earlier this year.
