Hilarious slapstick comedy The Play That Goes Wrong is on its way to Storyhouse as part of a new UK tour.

The Old Globe presents the first show of its 2017-2018 Season, the world premiere musical Benny & Joon, with book by Kirsten Guenther, music by Nolan Gasser, and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein. Based on the beloved 1993 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer motion picture written by Barry Berman and Leslie McNeil, Benny & Joon is directed by Jack Cummings III, Artistic Director of New York's Transport Group. The New Victory Theater announces its 22nd season as New York's premier performing arts venue entirely devoted to kids and families. Curio Theatre Company closes its 13th Season with the North American premiere of Peeoplykus' adaptation of Gustave Flaubert's classic novel Madam Bovary. In 2013, Curio Theatre Company had a hit in its hilarious production of Hound of Baskerville adapted by Peepolykus (pronounced people-like-us), UK's most exciting touring theatre company. The Massive Tragedy of Madame Bovary runs April 26-May 20. Opening Night is Friday April 28. All shows are at Curio Theatre Company's Black Box at the Calvary Center for Culture and Community, 4740 Baltimore Ave.  Shows are performed Thursday-Saturday night at 8 p.m.  The First Preview is Wednesday, April 26.
