San Francisco's acclaimed 42nd Street Moon presents the 2017-18 season's holiday production, the Tony Award-winning family favorite The Secret Garden. Based on the beloved novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden has a book and lyrics by Pulitzer Prize-winner Marsha Norman ('night, Mother) and music by Grammy Award-winner Lucy Simon. The Secret Garden begins tonight, December 6, for a run through December 24, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

The Original Broadway Production won two Tony Awards in 1991: Best Book of a Musical (Marsha Norman) and Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical (11-year-old Daisy Eagan, making Eagan the youngest female Tony Award-winner to date). The Secret Garden runs from December 6 - 24, 2017 and will perform at the Gateway Theatre (formerly the Eureka Theatre). The Musical - the "subversively funny and deliciously tasty" award-winning musical parody of "The Silence of the Lambs." Originally scheduled through Saturday, February 25, tickets are now on-sale through its final performance, Saturday, April 1.  The performance schedule is as follows: Thursday through Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets range in price from $35- $55 and are available online at www.silencethemusicalsf.comand at the Victoria Theatre box office (2961 16th St.) one-hour prior to performance time. Avenue Q runs from tonight, September 17 - October 11, 2015.
