Casting has been completed for Red Tape Theatre's (RTT) upcoming Chicago Premiere of The Walk Across America for Mother Earth. All performances will be held at the Steppenwolf Garage Theatre located at 1624 N Halsted St, as part of the sixth annual Garage Rep. General Admission tickets are $20, with a limited number of discounted student tickets for each performance and 'Pay What You Can' tickets for Wednesday performances only. Commedia Beauregard's adaptation of Dickens' A Christmas Carol, performed entirely in tlhIngan Hol (the Klingon language originally created for the Star Trek TV series and feature films), will return with a new director, new cast members and move to a new venue for its fifth and final seasonal Chicago production in December 2014.
The return engagement is expected to feature most of the 23 original cast members. Audiences will have only 16 opportunities to enjoy ALL OUR TRAGIC in a single twelve-hour experience with 'marathon' performances on Saturdays and Sundays only (includes multiple intermissions, meal breaks with food provided and a cash bar).
