Emmy-Winning 'The Oscars(R): All Access' Announces Facebook Watch as Exclusive Social Platform for the Official Live Stream

Emmy-winning “The Oscars: All Access,” which features red carpet highlights, exclusive footage from backstage and live “look-ins” to the Oscars telecast, will stream live on The Academy's show page on Facebook Watch, The ABC Television Network Facebook page, Oscar.com and ABCNews.com, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, March 4. Together with the Academy and ABC, “The Oscars: All Access” Live on Facebook Watch brings some of the night's biggest moments directly to the community on Facebook for an immersive experience throughout “The Oscars.”

To mark Australia Day today, West Bromwich Operatic Society and Wolverhampton Grand Theatre announce the cast for PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT THE MUSICAL from 24 - 28 April. Following recent auditions the young stars of the show who will alternate the role of Benji are Georgie Hodson, aged 11 from Bloxwich and Luca Marandola, aged 12 from Tettenhall.

This year's “The Oscars®: All Access” (formerly “The Oscars Backstage”) live stream will be hosted by a multi-talented group of television personalities: actress and singer Sofia Carson (Disney Channel's “Descendants” and Top 40 hit “Love Is The Name”), actor Troy Gentile (ABC's “The Goldbergs”) and entertainment and sports commentators Chris Connelly, Ben Lyons and Adnan Virk. With red carpet highlights, exclusive footage from backstage and live “look ins” to the show, “The Oscars: All Access” is the perfect complement to The Oscars broadcast. Facebook Live is confirmed as the exclusive social platform broadcasting the live stream from www.facebook.com/TheAcademy, which will also be available on: Oscars.com, the ABC app, ABCNews.com, and Comcast's X1, Xfinity TV app, and myxfinity.com, beginning at 7:00 p.m. EST/4 p.m. PT.

It seems Dame Edna and Michael Feinstein's ALL ABOUT ME will play its final performance on April 4, 2010 after opening on March 18, 2010. Telecharge.com, the show's official ticketing outlet, is only selling tickets through April 4, uncharacteristic of a new Broadway production that just opened. Tickets are usually available for purchase months out.

The New York Times has reported today that All About Me shall run at the Golden Theater. Previews will begin on February 19 with an official opening night of March 18.
