Broadway In Chicago has announced single tickets for the Pre-Broadway Premiere of Paradise Square will go on sale on Tuesday, June 8. This bold and uncompromising new musical, which examines a remarkable yet virtually unknown moment in American history, will play a strictly limited engagement from November 2 - December 5, 2021.

Schimmel Center at Pace University continues its 2018-19 series of World Music and Dance with Ireland and America, a musical retrospective of Irish American history performed by Larry Kirwan, co-founder and frontman of the New York City-based Celtic rock band Black 47, on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 7:30pm. Tickets start at $29 and can be purchased at SchimmelCenter.org, by phone at 212-346-1715, or by visiting the Schimmel Center Box Office at 3 Spruce Street, Manhattan. Box office hours are Tuesday-Saturday, Noon-5pm, and then beginning three hours prior to each performance, through intermission.
Historical Irish Drama Feature Film BLACK 47 to Screen at 2019 Garden State Film Festival

The 17th Annual Garden State Film Festival's (GSFF) screenings of over 245 independent films from around the globe will include the historical drama feature BLACK 47, which was filmed on location in Ireland and covers a dark, yet compelling period in the country's history. The film will screen on Saturday, March 30that 6:15-8:20 p.m. at the majestic Paramount Theater in Asbury Park.

PARADISE SQUARE is a glorious if frustrating addition to the musical theatre canon, blessed with an exceptional cast, a stirring score, and the unbelievably exquisite choreography of Bill T. Jones. Berkeley Repertory Theatre today announced the full cast and creative team for Paradise Square: An American Musical. The world premiere is helmed by acclaimed director Moises Kaufman, with choreography by the legendary Bill T. Jones and a book by Marcus Gardley, Craig Lucas, and Larry Kirwan. Music by Jason Howland and Larry Kirwan, with lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and based on the songs of Stephen Foster. Paradise Square is produced by special arrangement with Garth H. Drabinsky in association with Peter LeDonne and Teatro Proscenium Limited Partnership.

Irish Repertory Theatre will present the world premiere of REBEL IN THE SOUL, a new play by Larry Kirwan (Liverpool Fantasy). Directed by Charlotte Moore (Finian's Rainbow), REBEL IN THE SOUL begins performances on April 12, 2017 at Irish Rep Theatre (132 West 22nd Street) in the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre and officially opens on April 18, running through May 24, 2017.
