In less than a month, hundreds of artists from around the world have joined Art Set Free, a global showcase from Arts Brookfield that aims to create the world's largest collection of public art. Ten of the most innovative artists have been chosen for the first Best of Art Set Free digital art installation, which debuts this week on the monumental video screen at Brookfield Place Winter Garden, formerly the World Financial Center, in Lower Manhattan.

New York Live Arts will present Ellen Robbins' Dances by Very Young Choreographers in the New York Live Arts Theater on December 7 at 2:00pm and December 8 and 1:00pm and 4:00pm. The evening will feature a mélange of witty and intriguing original dances, created and performed by Robbins' students ages 8 - 18.

New York Live Arts will present Fresh Tracks, the latest installment of the Fresh Tracks Performance and Residency Program, December 19 - 21 at 7:30pm. The 2013-14 Fresh Tracks Artists include Martita Abril, Maximilian Balduzzi, Ben Grinberg and Nick Gillette, Daniel Holt, Leslie Parker and Gabrielle Revlock.

The inimitable Olivier Award winner and Tony Award nominee Fiona Shaw (Medea, 2002 Next Wave; Happy Days, 2008 Spring Season; John Gabriel Borkman, 2011 Spring Season) and dancer Daniel Hay-Gordon perform one of the best loved poems in the English language, Samuel Taylor Coleridge's epic The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, under the acclaimed direction of Phyllida Lloyd. This fiery, pared-down adaption of the 215-year-old tale tells of consequences paid while marooned at sea and of man's wanderings throughout the world in search of meaning.

New York, NY, November 14, 2013 - New York Live Arts today announced the addition of a seventh performance of Jerome Bel and Theater Hora's Disabled Theater on Sunday, November 17 at 7:00pm. The additional performance has been added to the original schedule - including shows November 12 - 16 at 7:30pmand November 17 at 3:00pm - due to high demand.

Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco finished her trip to the United States at the Princess Grace Foundation-USA (PGF-USA) Awards Gala last night at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York.
