Chicken Soup for the Soul is coming to the stage! The world's favorite storyteller, with more than 250 books in print, is bringing a select group of its 20,000-plus stories to life through live theater for audiences of all ages. Chicken Soup for the Soul has teamed up with Stellation Entertainment to adapt a wide variety of diverse stories to be performed for live audiences. These shows will be distributed worldwide by theatrical licensing agent, R&H Theatricals, a division of Rodgers & Hammerstein, An Imagem Company, for performances by schoolchildren, amateurs and professional performers.

R&H Theatricals, a division of Rodgers and Hammerstein, An Imagem Company, has acquired the worldwide licensing rights for the popular kid's musicals GARFIELD, The Musical with Cattitude and MAD LIBS Live! GARFIELD and MAD LIBS join the previously existing TYA (Theater for Young Audiences) Collection of titles including: The Adventures of Pinocchio, The Emperor's New Clothes, The Magical Adventures of Merlin, Rapunzel! Rapunzel! A Very Hairy Fairy Tale and Red Riding Hood.

Bay Street Theatre has announced that Scott Schwartz, a leading voice of the next generation of American theater, has joined Bay Street as its new Artistic Director. A special welcome party was hosted last evening by Bonnie Comley and Stewart Lane at a private club in New York City to celebrate his arrival and to introduce him to Bay Street Theatre patrons and members of the Broadway community of actors, directors and producers. Marc Mannino has been appointed Director of Music Synchronization for Imagem Creative Services USA, effective immediately. He will oversee a staff of 5 professionals located at the Imagem offices in New York and Los Angeles.

Imagem Music Group, one of the world's largest independent music publishers and owner of Boosey & Hawkes and Rodgers & Hammerstein, has announced the acquisition of the leading independent US production library music company, 5 Alarm Music, in a move that will add significant weight to Imagem's existing production music services which includes Cavendish, Abaco and Strip Sounds.

Richard Stumpf has been appointed President of Imagem Music USA, the American branch of the pop music publishing company owned by Imagem. André de Raaff is CEO of Imagem, which also owns the giant publishing brands Rodgers & Hammerstein and Boosey & Hawkes. De Raaff announced Stumpf's appointment, which starts immediately.
