The Seacoast Repertory Theater is offering some light relief from the presidential campaign hoopla and a gray winter with its production of 'The Marvelous Wonderettes,' the hit revue portraying high school classmates with a gleeful parade of pop music from the 1950s and '60s.

The staff, board, and community of Diversionary Theatre, America's third oldest LGBT theatre, are hosting a very special Gala event: Daring Decadence: Celebrating 30 Years of Diversionary Theatre on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Shiley Suite at the San Diego Central Library (330 Park Blvd).

Jenna Leigh Green and Sally Schwab will join One Life to Live's Kathy Brier and two-time Drama Desk Award nominee, Christina Bianco, in the Off-Broadway revival of The Marvelous Wonderettes, opening this spring! 

Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, will host its 2016 season fundraiser - The Marvelous Wonderettes -- 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 13 in the Cabaret Theatre on the second floor of the College Community Center at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Blvd., in Rosedale. Tickets cover the two-act production, a dessert reception and a special announcement about the 2016 season. Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati (ETC) revives one of its most treasured family-friendly holiday musicals CINDERELLA, by local playwright Joseph McDonough with lyrics by David Kisor and music by Fitz Patton, playing tonight, December 3, 2015 through January 4, 2016.

Cortland Repertory Theatre, one of New York State's longest running professional summer theatres, is announcing their 45th annual season for the summer of 2016. "We're absolutely thrilled to be bringing six CRT premieres in this coming season, including three regional debuts." Producing Artistic Director Kerby Thompson says.

Beth Malone, Best Actress Tony nominee and star of the 2015 Tony winning best musical Fun Home, has sold out the house less than 24-hours after the announcement that she will be returning to Joe's Pub for one night only on Monday, August 31st at 7:30 PM, with her one woman show Beth Malone: So Far. Due to popular demand, Malone has added a second performance that evening at 9:30 PM.
