As BroadwayWorld recently reported, last night's performance of THERÈSE RAQUIN was cancelled because Keira Knightley suffered a minor injury. We have just confirmed that performances will resume tonight, October 8.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that tonight's (October 7) performance of THERÈSE RAQUIN has been cancelled. Roundabout confirmed that Keira Knightley has suffered a minor injury and that the production 'hopes to resume performances again tomorrow at 8pm.'

Producer Kevin McCollum announced today that comedy and television icon Bob Saget will step into the role of 'Pastor Greg' in the Tony® Award-nominated comedy Hand to God beginning November 3, 2015 through the production's previously announced closing on January 3, 2016.  Saget returns to Broadway after making his Broadway debut in 2007 in the Tony® winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone.  He will join current Hand to God cast members Steven Boyer, Geneva Carr, Sarah Stiles, and Michael Oberholtzer.  3-time Tony® nominee Marc Kudisch, who originated the role of 'Pastor Greg', exits the production on November 1st to begin production on Baritones Unbound.  Hand to God plays at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street) through January 3, 2016 before immediately transferring to London's West End, with performances beginning on February 5, 2016 at the famed Vaudeville Theatre.  More info at www.HandToGodBroadway.com.

Nominees for the 2015 LA STAGE Alliance Ovation Awards were announced on Thursday, September 24 on @ This Stage Magazine [ThisStage.la]. This year's Ovation Awards ceremony will take place Monday, November 9 at the Ahmanson Theatre at The Music Center. The curtain will rise at7:30pm.

This adaptation of Therese Raquin is written by Helen Edmundson, based upon the novel by Emile Zola, directed by Evan Cabnet. The full cast will also include David Patrick Kelly, Jeff Still, Mary Wiseman, Glynis Bell, Alex Mickiewicz, Sara Topham, Ray Virta.
