The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) presents Tony nominee Martin Vidnovic and Kevin Ligon (Sister Act, The Producers) in Bend In The Road beginning July 18 at the PTC Performance Space.

BEND IN THE ROAD, a new musical comedy, is an official selection of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's (NYMF) 2013 Next Link Project. The production opens tonight (Thursday) at PTC Performance Space, 555 West 42nd Street (between Tenth & Eleventh Ave.)

The cast of the upcoming BEND IN THE ROAD presided over the closing bell at NASDAQ MarketSite on July 12th. The ceremony was broadcast live on the 7-story-tall NASDAQ Tower looming over Times Square at Broadway & 43rd Street. Scroll down for photos!

BEND IN THE ROAD, a new musical comedy, is an official selection of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's (NYMF) 2013 Next Link Project. The shows stars, Martin Vidnovic and Alison Woods, recently caught a performance of the world's longest-running musical THE FANTASTICKS at the Snapple Theater Center. Both have strong ties to the show as Martin starred as Bellomy in this current revival and he played El Gallo in the original Sullivan Street Playhouse production in the 1970s. And Alison was selected by director Jason Alexander to play the leading role of Luisa in his all-star production of THE FANTASTICKS at Reprise with Eric McCormack and Lucas Grabeel. Bob Boyett and Harriet Newman Leve announced today that ANN, written and performed by Emmy and Outer Critics Circle Award winner and Tony nominee Holland Taylor (“Two and a Half Men”), will play its final Broadway performance on Sunday, June 30, 2013, after 19 previews and 132 regular performances.
