The St. Charles Singers has announced its complete 2017-2018 concert programming, which will mark the professional chamber choir's 34th season.

Bach Collegium San Diego, the city's acclaimed early music and Baroque performance ensemble, has announced the return of its popular free Bach@Noon concerts for the 15th anniversary season.

Orchestra of St. Luke's returns to Carnegie Hall for three concerts in the fall including its annual subscription series presented by Carnegie Hall, opening on October 12 with Conductor Laureate Pablo Heras-Casado on the podium. He leads Beethoven's Symphony No. 1 in C Major, Op. 21, and Mozart's Mass in C Minor, K. 427 ('Great'), featuring the Westminster Symphonic Choir, and guest vocalists sopranos Camilla Tilling and Susanna Phillips, tenor Thomas Cooley, and bass-baritone Michael Sumuel.

Award winning Aurora is the senior a capella vocal ensemble of renowned South Australian Choir School Young Adelaide Voices, they are a diverse and talented ensemble performing a range of repertoire from early music to contemporary pop. They will perform their beautiful The Lightness of Being at Christ Church, North Adelaide at 2.30pm Sunday 17 September.

The curtain is raised on Thursday 14 September on Sir Simon Rattle's debut as Music Director of the London Symphony Orchestra [LSO], launching This is Rattle, 11 days of special concerts, events and installations, running at the Barbican Centre, LSO St Luke's and the Guildhall School's Milton Court Concert Hall, until 24 September. He also becomes Artist-in-Association with the Barbican and the Guildhall School.
