Lee, Monk, Ross & Wilson Join LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE on January 6th

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Michele Lee (Tale of the Allergist's Wife), Tony Award-winner Debra Monk (Curtains), Tracee Ellis Ross ('Girlfriends') and Casey Wilson ('Saturday Night Live') will join the rotating cast of Love, Loss and What I Wore. They join the show January 6 through January 31, 2009, alongside the returning Katie Finneran. Love, Loss, and What I Wore, an intimate collection of stories by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron, directed by Karen Carpenter and based on the bestselling book by Ilene Beckerman, opened October 1, 2009 to rave reviews at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street, NYC) and has been extended through March 2010.

Said the funny-man in a recent interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette of his recognition,'I agree 100 percent...I am a national treasure, I SHOULD be celebrated. Annette Bening, who plays the famed feminist in playwright Joanna Murray-Smith's comedy The Female of the Species, will be sharing the Geffen Playhouse stage with a diverse group of acclaimed actors: David Arquette (Scream, Never Been Kissed), Tony Award nominee Mireille Enos (Big Love, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf on Broadway), Merritt Wever (Nurse Jackie), Julian Sands (A Room with a View, Boxing Helena) and Josh Stamberg (Drop Dead Diva). The production is helmed by Geffen Playhouse Artistic Director Randall Arney and begins in previews on February 2 with an official opening night of Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

The 92YTribeca will present Annabelle Gurwitch and Jeff Kahn's You Say Tomato, I Say Shut Up in a one-night only engagement on November 5. Tomato is the pair's look at love and relationships, inspired by their own thirteen-year marriage.The play is adapted from their upcoming memoir of the same title, which will be released in February 2010.
