BROADWAY SINGS STEVIE WONDER, starring Tituss Burgess, Corey Cott, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Caissie Levy, and more, will take place live at le Poisson Rouge, April 14 at 9:30pm.

Just yesterday, Kids' Night on Broadway kicks off at the immersive and educational Discovery Times Square; where there were unique theatre activities including: Autograph Alley with Broadway performers, a dance workshop with Revolucion Latina, Broadway Karaoke, stage makeup demonstrations, craft activities and much more including a free theatre activity guide. The Broadway Green Alliance also collected plastic bottle caps (plastic and metal) to incorporate in to the set for the new production of Peter and the Starcatcher Off-Broadway. The York Theatre Company will continue its winter NEO Reading Series with the new pop-rock musical, Jasper in Deadland with Book, Lyrics, & Music by Ryan Scott Oliver.

The Special Edition of 'Scott Alan Live,' which was recorded April 30th at Birdland, is now available both physically and digitially via iTunes, Amazon and CDbaby.

This past weekend, Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman of "So You Think You Can Dance" attended a performance of Newsies, the Tony Award winning new American musical, and visited with the cast backstage afterwards. Cast members Evan Kasprzak and Jess LeProtto have both competed on the Fox dance competition, in seasons five and eight respectively. Check out backstage photos below!

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Andy Richardson will replace Andrew Keenan-Bolger as 'Crutchie' in Newsies, which is currently playing at the Nederlander Theatre. As BroadwayWorld previously announced, Keenean-Bolger will soon leave the production to star in the pre-Broadway engagement of Tuck Everlasting at Boston's Citi Performing Arts Center. Richardson, who currently plays 'Romeo' will assume the role on March 11.

Hot off the release of his new album, 'Drafts (Volume One),' composer Alexander Sage Oyen is bringing his songs to 54 Below tonight, January 19th! The View's Sherri Shepherd recently fulfilled her lifelong dream when she made her Broadway debut in the SMASH hit, Tony Award winning musical, NEWSIES. During her one-night only appearance, Shepherd will take viewers backstage, up close and personal with the creative team, cast and crew - with all the backstage antics and opening night jitters on 'The View's JANUARY 25th episode airing 11:00 am/ET on ABC.

Last night, stage and recording star Deborah Gibson and husband, Dr. Rutledge Taylor, attended a performance of Newsies to see Gibson's nephew Nicholas Lampiasi, who plays the role of Les, in the Tony Award winning new American musical.
