A second show has been added for Stop the Presses: Newsboys of New York Rally at 54 Below on August 14th. The 11:30pm show was added after the original 7pm show sold out in a matter of hours.

To be utterly candid, I had never heard of Michael Mott until the review copy of Broadway Records WHERE THE SKY ENDS: THE SONGS OF MICHAEL MOTT landed in my mailbox. I read over the press release, glanced over the track listing, and placed the album into my stereo. The tuneful melodies that breezed out of the speakers instantly enchanted me, and the seasoned musical theatre vocals that accompanied them left me in awe.

Broadway Sings Justin Timberlake, the sixth concert of the BROADWAY SINGS concert series, just continued last night at (le) Poisson Rouge. More than 15 Broadway performers were accompanied by a full jazz band playing brand new, original orchestrations of Timberlake's greatest hits.
