LEGENDS OF ROCK, VOL. 5 to Play Bay Street Theatre, 9/20

THE LEGENDS SERIES is returning to Bay Street Theatre on Friday, September 20 at 8 pm. Film maker and archivist Joe Lauro will host his all new show, LEGENDS OF ROCK VOLUME 5 featuring amazing rare footage of some of the undisputed legends of American music.

Bay Street Theatre's HarborFest Weekend to Feature Gene Kelly Classics, 9/6-7

Bay Street Theatre announced its HarborFest Weekend events will be the showing of GENE KELLY classics on the big screen Sept. 6 and 7. They are the kick off to the fall lineup of The Picture Show, sponsored by Peconic Landing. AN AMERICAN IN PARIS will be showing on Friday, Sept. 6 and FOR ME AND MY GAL on Saturday Sept. 7. Both begin at 8 pm.

Dr. Barbara Kushner Performs Walk-On Role in Bay Street Theatre's 'FORUM'

Bay Street Theatre announces that longtime patron Dr. Barbara Kushner portrayed 'A Tourist' in this past Saturday's performance of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Dr. Kushner's performance was part of her 'Walk on Role' live auction package won at this year's Rock The Dock Summer Benefit Gala.

Gene Casey and The Lone Sharks to Perform at Bay Street Theatre, 9/14

Bay Street Theatre announces that GENE CASEY and the LONE SHARKS will perform on Saturday, September 14 at 8 pm in celebration of their 25th anniversary. Corky Laing to Bring New Show HEAVY METAL HUMOR to Bay Street Theatre, 9/21

Scott Schwartz Named New Artistic Director of Bay Street Theatre

Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce that Scott Schwartz, a leading voice of the next generation of American theater, has joined Bay Street as its new Artistic Director. His tenure at Bay Street will inaugurate a new vision for the theater beginning with the 2014 season, to ensure an exciting and sustainable future for our cultural community. Schwartz is an internationally acclaimed artist whose work has been seen on and off Broadway, across the United States, in Great Britain, and Asia. Over the past twenty years, he has built a reputation for pursuing and embracing a wide range of works for the stage, from new plays to classics to musicals and opera.

Neo-Political Cowgirls' EVE Benefits Bay Street Theatre, Now thru 8/1

The Neo Political Cowgirls (NPC) are performing their summer fundraiser production of EVE tonight, July 31 and Thursday, August 1 at 8 pm at LTV Studies at 75 Industrial Road in Wainscott, NY. A portion of the proceeds to benefit Bay Street Theatre.

Bay Street Theatre to Continue Summer Music Theater Camps in August; Space Still Available

Bay Street Theatre is announcing that August's Summer Music Theater Camps; August 5-9; and August 12-16 have only a few spaces left. The camps are for students aged 8 through 12, and run Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30 pm daily at Studio 3 in Bridgehampton. Each week long camp includes many aspects of theatre including improv, vocal instruction, dance and more. This summer's first and last week of camp will be led by Karen Peele Hochstedler. Classes held during August 5-9 will be led by Christine Martinez and Bobby Peterson.
