Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of Taking Care of Baby by Tony Award winner Dennis Kelly begins its final week of performances tonight at 7:30PM.

Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) will present Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming world premiere of Outside Mullingar, the new play by Tony and Pulitzer Prize winner John Patrick Shanley, directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes. The cast will feature Tony Award winner Brian F. O'Byrne, Emmy Award winner Debra Messing, John Aylward ('ER,' The Kentucky Cycle), and Dearbhla Molloy (Dancing at Lughnasa, Arcadia at London's Haymarket Theatre). Bucks County Playhouse has announced today that the Playhouse has selected Alexander Fraser and Robyn Goodman to assume the leadership roles of Producing Director and Executive Producer, respectively. They will be replacing outgoing Producing Director Jed Bernstein, who announced earlier this year he will be joining Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts as its next President. Fraser and Goodman will begin their duties at the Playhouse in January of 2014.

The strictly limited 11-week engagement of The Snow Geese began previews Tuesday, October 1 and opens tonight, October 24, on Broadway at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

Manhattan Theatre Club has announced that due to overwhelming demand, THE COMMONS OF PENSACOLA, the world premiere play currently in rehearsals at MTC, is extending an additional three weeks. The limited engagement, which begins previews on Tuesday, October 22 in advance of a Thursday, November 21 opening at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street), must close on Sunday, January 26. This is the last possible extension for the production.
