B Street Theatre Announces Their Summer Acting Camps 2010

Once again the B Street Theatre is offering a series of acting workshops for kids ages 6-17. During these wildly popular workshops, students will learn in a fun, exciting, and creative environment from professional instructors who are active in the fields of theatre, improvisation, and acting instruction.

Marin Theatre Company Presents SUNLIGHT, 1/21-4/14, 2010

Marin Theatre Company will produce the world premiere of its 2009 Sky Cooper New American Play Prize winner, Sunlight by Sharr White, January 21 through February 14, 2010. In addition to the Sky Cooper Prize, Sunlight has garnered substantial national recognition. Following MTC's premiere, this searing political thriller will be produced at three other theaters as part of a National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere-Arts West in Seattle, Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis, and New Jersey Rep.

Carpenter and Grassle Lead Aurora Theatre's JOHN GABRIEL BORKMAN, 4/8-5/9

Aurora Theatre Company continues its 18th season with Henrik Ibsen's rarely-produced masterwork JOHN GABRIEL BORKMAN, in a new version by David Eldridge. Aurora Theatre Company founding Artistic Director Barbara Oliver, who directed the company's hit production of Ibsen's The Master Builder, returns to helm this fiercely relevant drama, featuring Bay Area stage veteran James Carpenter (The Master Builder) in the title role, and stage and television actress Karen Grassle (Little House on the Prairie) in her Aurora debut.

B Street Theatre Announces 2009-2010 Family Series Season

The B Street Theatre is pleased to present its seventh Family Series season for young audiences. The Family Series begins with an original adaptation of Pinocchio from the famous Italian folktale by Carlo Collodi.

B Street Theatre Presents Norm Foster's THE FOURSOME, Previews Begin 6/13

The B Street Theatre kicks off its 2009-2010 Mainstage Season with the Norm Foster comedy, The Foursome. Canada?s most produced playwright, Norm Foster has been a regular at B Street Theatre where five of his plays have been produced. The Affections of May (1998); The Motor Trade (1999); The Melville Boys (2000); Drinking Alone (2001), and Mending Fences (2009).
