Aurora Theatre Company continues its 18th season with Henrik Ibsen's rarely-produced masterwork JOHN GABRIEL BORKMAN, in a new version by David Eldridge. Aurora Theatre Company founding Artistic Director Barbara Oliver, who directed the company's hit production of Ibsen's The Master Builder, returns to helm this fiercely relevant drama, featuring Bay Area stage veteran James Carpenter (The Master Builder) in the title role, and stage and television actress Karen Grassle (Little House on the Prairie) in her Aurora debut.
Tickets for 'Shear Madness,' the second production of the 2010 Cosmopolitan Cabaret season will go on sale to the general public on Monday, April 26, at 10 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Pavilion Box Office, 1419 H Street, by phone at (916) 557-1999 or through Tickets.com. 'Shear Madness' is presented by California Musical Theatre at the 200-seat Cosmopolitan Cabaret at 1000 K Street, in association with Major Production. This non-musical play opens June 1, for a 14-week run through the summer, closing September 5. Six preview performances will be performed May 25-30.
