The new play ROMANCE LANGAUGE receives its New York City premiere this fall at Theater 511 at Ars Nova (511 W 54th St, New York). Written by Joe Godfrey (A Queer Carol) and directed by Carl Andress (Charles Busch's The Tribute Artist and The Divine Sister), ROMANCE LANGUAGE stars Mairin Lee (Broadway's The Heiress), Audrey Heffernan Meyer ('Royal Pains'), and Jared Zirilli (Pretty Filthy). RUNNING INTERFERENCE, an exploration of the personal costs professional athletes pay to play, will receive its world premiere in the 2015 New York International Fringe Festival. Written by Broadway's MAMMA MIA / CBS' 'Blue Bloods' actor Eric William Morris and Yale graduate Ashley Rodbro, both members of musical theater writer Joe Iconis' 'family' of collaborators, RUNNING INTERFERENCE marks Morris and Rodbro's New York writing debut. Performances will begin August 15.
