Natascia Diaz, Nicholas Rodriguez and More Set for Signature Theatre's 2014 'Sizzlin' Summer Nights' Series, 7/9-26

Virginia's Signature Theatre opens its' air-conditioned doors once again for the annual Sizzlin' Summer Nights Series. For two and a half weeks, Signature's intimate cabaret venue hosts an eclectic mix of Signature favorites, DC-area stars, and some of New York's most exciting performers. The cabaret series runs July 9 through July 26, with a different performance each night.

STAGE TUBE: Public Outraged on High Ticket Prices for 9/11 Museum

The 9/11 Memorial Museum will open May 21, 2014. The price for admission is $24, in addition to the pricey souvenirs in the gift shop. The museum also houses around 8,000 unidentified human remains from the 911 attacks. The public is outraged and controversy is ongoing. Check out the video below from ABC News.

Neon Trees and More to Perform at 21st Annual Radio 92.9 EarthFest Today

American alternative rock band Neon Trees will headline the 21st annual Radio 92.9 EarthFest, scheduled for today, May 17, 2014 at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation's Hatch Memorial Shell in Boston. Presented by Whole Foods Market, the family-friendly festival is the largest free radio station concert in the country, showcasing national and local music acts, environmentally friendly products and local non-profit environmental organizations.

Massage Envy Spa to Open in Mount Prospect Next Month

College Students Invited to Join Virtual Choir for New Bartram and Hill Musical, 6/24-26

Music theatre practitioners from around the world will gather at Sheridan College June 24-26, 2014 for Song, Stage and Screen IX an international conference of papers, talks and practical demonstrations designed to bring together leaders to discuss music theatre. To celebrate the conference theme, 'The Art of Collaboration in Musical Theatre', The Theory of Relativity by Drama Desk Award nominated writers Neil Bartram and Brian Hill will have a one-time, live performance upon the opening of the conference featuring a global virtual choir.

Orpheum Theatre Announces Nominees for the 2014 High School Musical Theatre Awards

On Monday, May 12th, The Orpheum Theatre announced the winners of the 2014 High School Musical Theatre Awards in a dazzling, Tony style awards show. Modeled after the Tony Awards and now in its fourth year, The Orpheum's High School Musical Theatre Awards recognizes achievements in all areas of high school musical theatre. This event is part of the National High School Musical Theatre Awards program which includes 30 programs from across the country.
