The 32nd Santa Barbara International Film Festival continued its star-studded festival by feting La La Land's Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone with the Outstanding Performers Award presented by Belvedere last night. The Arlington Theatre was teeming with hundreds of fans and Gosling and Stone graciously stopped for autographs and photos.

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival kicked off its 32nd year with the World premiere of CHARGED.

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival announced today that Barry Jenkins, Damien Chazelle, Denis Villeneuve, and Kenneth Lonergan will receive the 2017 Outstanding Directors of the Year Award. They will each be celebrated individually for their films Moonlight, La La Land, Arrival, and Manchester by the Sea respectively.  The individual honors will be followed by a joint conversation between the directors on their craft and the landscape of modern day filmmaking.  The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, February 7th at the historic Arlington Theatre.

Signature Theatre has announced full casting for the world premiere production Mrs. Miller Does Her Thing written and directed by Pulitzer Prize winner James Lapine (Sunday in the Park with George, Into the Woods).
