Improbable Comedy Offers All-Clean Line Up at Highwood Theatre 

Improbable Comedy presents a clean, premium stand-up comedy show at the Highwood Theatre in Silver Spring. The line-up includes headliner Bengt Washburn and features Randolph Terrance and emcee Michele Sometimes-Gray. The March 30 show will be the first all-clean show that the Silver Spring-based production company will be offering.

WAISTWATCHERS THE MUSICAL to Weigh in at Regent Theatre This Spring

Playhouse Productions' producers Dana Matthow and Philip Roger Roy will bring Alan Jacobson's WaistWatchers The Musical! with music by Vince Di Mura to the historic Regent Theatre in Arlington, MA just minutes from downtown Boston for ten weeks this spring. The perennially popular musical will run from April 21 - June 25.

Disney's FREAKY FRIDAY Studio Recording Out on CD Today

Vineyard Theatre Artistic Directors Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern have just announced that original cast members will record the Kid Victory cast recording on Monday, March 20. Broadway Records is set to release the recording in September, produced by Michael Croiter.

Target Margin Theater to Stage Rare Revival of O'Neill's MOURNING BECOMES ELECTRA

As the centerpiece of the Company's 25th anniversary season, Target Margin Theater and Abrons Arts Center will present a rare revival of Eugene O'Neill's great trilogy, Mourning Becomes Electra, directed by Herskovits, and running April 26-May 20. Part Greek tragedy, part family play, part history play, Mourning Becomes Electra (O'Neill's 1931 adaptation of Aeschylus 'The Oresteia') mashes myth, Freudian psychology and melodrama into an epic six hour production.

Tickets to Go on Sale for PRISM CO: MEDEA MYTH: LOVE'S BEGINNING

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center and the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs announced today that single tickets for Prism Co: Medea Myth: Love's Beginning will go on sale Thursday, March 9 at 10 a.m. Jeff Colangelo and Katy Tye, two rising Dallas artists and founders of Prism Co., will present their aesthetic choreography and movement for 12 performances beginning Thursday, April 13 through Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Studio Theater in the downtown Dallas Arts District.
