Andrew Lloyd Webber's iconic 'THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA' is one of the most successful pieces of theatre and entertainment of all time and continues to captivate audiences all over the world. The first Swedish production in the late 80's was a huge success so this revival was very anticipated by the old and the new generations of Swedish theatre-goers. I heard someone in the audience say that it was like visiting an old friend after almost 30 years.

Based on Boris Pasternak's Nobel Prize-winning 20th-century epic Russian masterpiece, Doctor Zhivago is directed by Des McAnuff (Jersey Boys), with a book by Michael Weller (Ragtime), music byLucy Simon (The Secret Garden), lyrics by Michael Korie (Grey Gardens) and Amy Powers (Ella Enchanted), and choreography by Kelly Devine (Rocky). RSO in London will feature music from Oliver's shows including Jasper in Deadland, We Foxes, Mrs Sharp and 35MM: A Musical Exhibition and the composer has traveled to London to host the concert.

On August 4th, acclaimed composer and lyricist Scott Alan wil return for his biggest concert yet at the IndigO2 Theatre Arena at the O2. The 7pm concert, produced by Amzi Entertainment, will feature a 15 piece orchestra and feature song selections from Alan's four albums, 'Dreaming Wide Awake,' 'Keys,' 'What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up,' and 'LIVE.' Disney Theatrical Productions premiered the musical TARZAN® last night in Hamburg, Germany at the Theater Neue Flora. The performance was sold-out and was well received by the German press.
