On October 21, 2021, Irish Ambassador to the U.S., Daniel Mulhall, hosted a Clonakilty Whiskey tasting reception at his official residence to promote the U.S. Irish global partnerships that have helped ease the world out of the COVID-19 pandemic and build a foundation for future economic success.

A story of Love & Loss, Trepidation and Triumph. Dublin Irish Dance tells the story, through Irish music, song, dance, of the immigrant Irish as they left their homes in Ireland for the shores of America. This amazing story will be told at the State Theatre on Friday, March 9th.

Through favorite Irish melodies, traditional steps and Celtic instrumentals, Dublin Irish Dance's production of Stepping Out tells a story of the Irish Immigration to America after the Great Famine of the mid-1800's. Greeted by diverse cultures and rich traditions from around the globe from Ireland, America and Africa the new Irish emigrants congregate in dance gatherings where ancient Irish melodies fuse, creating American tap dance and early roots music. Stepping Out celebrates the evolution of Irish traditional dance and music.

Dublin Irish Dance performs Stepping Out, a high-energy extravaganza of sights and sounds, on Saturday, February 24 at 7:30pm at Segerstrom Center for the Arts and on Sunday, February 25 at 3:00pm at the Younes and Sarah Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts (The Soraya).

Co-commissioned by Arts Brookfield and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) as part of the River To River Festival 2017, HARBORED is a new site-specific theatrical experience produced by En Garde Arts weaving together stories from the last two centuries of immigration in the U.S., performed a stone's throw from Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty in the Winter Garden at Brookfield Place.
