Lincoln Center Hosts A CELEBRATION OF PAUL NEWMAN’S HOLE IN THE WALL CAMPS

On October 21, 2010, music artists will come out to show their support for a very special evening billed as "A Celebration of Paul Newman's Hole in the Wall Camps," at New York's Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center, featuring performances by the campers themselves along with world-renowned performing artists.

Off-Broadway's acclaimed Irish Repertory Theatre begins its 23rd Season with the world premiere of BANISHED CHILDREN OF EVE - a play by Kelly Younger, adapted from Peter Quinn's bestselling novel - set to begin previews October 13, prior to its official press opening October 24, at The Irish Repertory Theatre (132 West 22nd Street). Ciarán O'Reilly, who helmed last season's celebrated revival of THE EMPEROR JONES, directs.

In celebration of Westport Country Playhouse 80th season, an audience of over 500 attended the historic theater's annual fundraising gala, 'The Magical Music of Stephen Schwartz,' honoring the musical theater composer, on Monday evening, September 13. Gala proceeds will support artistic and education programs of the Playhouse - with a special focus this year on the Woodward Internship program.
