MTV's 'Sneak Peek Week' rolls on tonight as a part of the week-long celebration of the Summer Blockbuster Movie season, with the new film 'The To Do List.' Stars Aubrey Plaza and Scott Porter will be onsite to introduce an exclusive clip from the film at 11:00 p.m. ET on MTV and immediately following treat fans to an extended live Q&A with MTV News' Josh Horowitz on MTV.com. Those at home can get in on the action via Twitter using the @MTVNews handle, hash tag #MTVSneak or submit their questions for the cast online via MTV.com.

Fresh from taking the mtvU Woodies by storm, MTV today announced that hip hop hit makers, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (Macklemore&RyanLewis.MTV.com) will return to the MTV stage for what's sure to be an unforgettable performance of their hot new single, “Can't Hold Us,” LIVE during the “2013 MTV Movie Awards” on Sunday, April 14th at 9:00pm ET/PT.

MTV today announced the stars of the hit musical comedy, “Pitch Perfect,” will kick off the “2013 MTV MOVIE AWARDS' with a musical bang as they come together for the first time on stage to debut a never-before-heard musical mash-up LIVE on Sunday, April 14th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

On the next episode of CBS's VEGAS titled 'Little Fish,' Sheriff Lamb and FBI Agent Byrne butt heads when Byrne prevents Lamb from pressing charges against a pimp in order to get info on Savino instead. Get a sneak peek below!

On VEGAS' upcoming episode, titled 'Hollywood Ending,' Lamb, Jack and Katherine take advantage of the phone tap in Savino's office and try to get evidence on how Savino works the skim, making District Attorney Reynolds very nervous. Meanwhile, Dixon and Yvonne arrive in Los Angeles to visit Violet at a movie studio, and Yvonne finally gets the chance to show off her beautiful singing voice at a big Hollywood party. Also, Mia is shocked when her presumed dead mother, Lena, arrives at the Savoy and sets her sights on Savino, on Friday, April 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. Series star Michael Chiklis directed the episode.

With Universal Pictures' Pitch Perfect hitting Blu-ray and DVD this week, news has just reached Movieweb that a sequel is in the works. Skylar Astin told the site that he and fellow star Rebel Wilson are currently in talks with Universal for Pitch Perfect 2.
