The Denver Center for the Performing Arts announces today the addition of more seats for THE BOOK OF MORMON at The Ellie. Due to popular demand, performances for the fourth Denver engagement of THE BOOK OF MORMON will begin June 13 and now run an additional week through July 7, 2018. The added performances are on public sale now at denvercenter.org.

Producer Scott Rudin announced today that Kenneth Lonergan's acclaimed memory play (and 2001 Pulitzer Prize Finalist), The Waverly Gallery, will have its Broadway premiere next season at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street). Preview performances will begin Tuesday, September 25, ahead of an official opening night set for Thursday, October 25, 2018.

Entries will be accepted at the box office beginning two and a half hours prior to each performance; each person will print their name and the number of tickets (1 or 2) they wish to purchase on a card that is provided. Two hours before curtain, names will be drawn at random for a limited number of tickets priced at $25 each, cash only. Only one entry is allowed per person. Legendary ballet costume designer HOLLY HYNES and costume and scenic designer ZACK BROWN are among the 2018 TDF/Irene Sharaff Award recipients which were just announced by TDF, the not-for-profit service organization for the performing arts. Ms. Hynes was selected to receive the 2018 TDF/Irene Sharaff Lifetime Achievement Award for costume design and Mr. Brown will receive the Robert L. B. Tobin Award for Sustained Excellence in Theatrical Design. The awards are presented through TDF's Costume Collection. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on Friday, April 20, at 6:30pm, at the Edison Ballroom (240 West 47th Street).
